Kirsten Johannsen

Tiny wooden figures in a traditional toy village are mounted at eye level on a rotating metal disk; three surveillance cameras record the miniature world. Color filters modify the video image that are then projected in larger-than-life size onto three screens in a second installation space. If the visitor enters this space, his shadow falls across the projections.
