The Artwork of Closenessness is designed for the individual space traveler. It integrates personal interests and preferences into the artistic concept and enables self-occupation. Its task is the creation of closeness, continuity to the self and distance to the other crew members. In so doing, the artwork connects the personal biography: past, present and future events. Especially participatory art concepts help to foster creativity and imagination.
